Muzadzi in bullish mood…ready to take on Caps United

DYNAMOS stand -in coach Gift “Umbro” Muzadzi believes that his troop is ready for the forthcoming Harare derby to be held at the National Sports Stadium.

Muzadzi was in a bullish mood, as he spoke to the media after a frustrating draw against Black Rhinos at Rufaro Stadium on Sunday.

“We are ready for Caps United, this derby and the boys are ready,” Muzadzi told the press.

When Dynamos hosted Caps United in their reverse fixture this season, the match ended one all but Caps United where on the driving seat with Joel “Josta” Ngodzo proving to be too hot for Dynamos midfielders.

Dynamos last won a premier league match in Harare on  August 28 when they played relegation threatened Herentals FC at Rufaro Stadium.

However,  Muzadzi said that they are going to  give it all when they face log leaders Makepekepe .

“ This is an important fixture and we  are going to give it all , if Caps United wins this one and they go all the way to win the league it will not be good for our fans , the talk in the streets will be too much,” said Muzadzi.

Caps are on top of the log though they have been blowing hot and cold if the last five fixtures are to be reviewed.

Caps United staunch fan Tafadzwa Willow Phiri  said he is not afraid of Dynamos and Caps United are going in this match as wounded lions.

“Yes, this is a derby and anything can happen but Dynamos should be warned that we are coming in this match as wounded lions and we are not going to allow Dynamos to stop us,” said Phiri.
